Apollo 13: Safe Return – SpaceEve Story T-Shirt

$32.00 USD

Your favourite moments in space history, made to wear.

Celebrate the ingenuity and teamwork that brought Apollo 13 home.

The story

After an oxygen-tank failure ended the planned Moon landing, Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert and Fred Haise worked with teams on Earth to return safely on 17 April 1970. This design celebrates that shared resolve through Mission Control’s relief, the splashdown, Earth and a detailed lunar-module drawing.

Lovell’s reflection brings the human story into the composition: three astronauts, thousands of people working together and a safe return against the odds.

Size guide

Compare these garment measurements with a T-shirt you already enjoy wearing. Lay it flat without stretching. Chest width is measured straight across the shirt under the arms; it is not your chest circumference. Body length runs from the highest point of the shoulder beside the neckline to the bottom hem.

Garment measurements in centimetres
Size	Chest width (cm)	Body length (cm)
S	45.7	71.1
M	50.8	73.7
L	55.9	76.2
XL	61.0	78.7
2XL	66.0	81.3

Garment measurements in inches
Size	Chest width (in)	Body length (in)
S	18	28
M	20	29
L	22	30
XL	24	31
2XL	26	32

Measurements are approximate garment dimensions, not body measurements. Centimetre values are converted from inches and rounded to one decimal place. Individual shirts may vary.

Care

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Avoid fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. If needed, use a cool iron inside out and keep it away from the artwork. Do not dry clean. Follow the care label on your shirt.
